We offer flexible payment plans, a fully refundable deposit, and only require a couple of standard wedding expenses: day-of-event insurance and linens (optional).”

Day of Event Insurance (Required) → Certificate due 30 days prior

Client must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance 30 days prior to the event. This insurance certificate must explicitly state the following conditions:

$1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Limits;

$1,000,000 Host Liquor Liability + RAMP bartenders (if alcohol is served)

Some options include: Eventsured, Wedsure, eWed, Traveler's, Event Helper, Wedsafe, Thimble, as well as adding this as an additional policy to your homeowner's or renter's insurance.

While linens are not included in our packages, we make the process easy for you by offering optional rentals through two trusted vendors:

We’ll coordinate the order and sizing for your tables, and all linens will arrive professionally pressed and ready to go on hangers. After your event, we handle the return of the linens — one less thing on your to-do list!
